Last year, Ervell won the $50,000 runner up prize at the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund awards for his Spring / Summer 2010 collection that used oxidized metals to create unique prints. While not as revolutionary, the Spring / Summer 2011 collection has many of the same tailored silhouettes and technical garments many have come to love, with perhaps an extra pleat or two in the pants.
