This is my finalized fall footwear lineup, or what I'll be wearing on my feet this fall. I plan on getting some cheap socks from Uniqlo and maybe some fair isle socks from J.Press if I can afford it, but as for shoes this is pretty much what I'm sticking with for now. On a budget-related note, I didn't spend more than $100 on any of these (eBay baby). Abington boots I bought on sale at Revolve though. They usually don't have great stuff but every once in a while a gem pops up.

Nice choices. I agree that a savvy shopper can find some wonderful shoe choices on ebay. Pick a style and manufacturer known for quality (Alden, Allen Edmonds, Johnston & Murphy, etc.) and spend some time bringing a shoe back to life.
I picked up some great shell cordovan Alden Edmonds for $20. After an hour conditioning the leather, polishing, and buffing, they look fantastic.
