MS & Co. Selvedge Sleeves

Oct 17, 2010

MS & Co. is a brand that started off selling mocc socks this summer; the popular loafer socks that stay hidden under your weejuns and espadrilles and never accidentally slip off. As autumn sets in, MS & Co. has switched gears and unveiled a line of selvedge denim sleeves to keep our accessories and devices warm and cozy. Raw 13.5oz denim from the infamous Cone Denim Mills in Greensboro, NC forms the shell of the sleeves, while a few of the sleeves are additionally lined in grey felted wool. Since I have neither an iPad nor an iPhone, I picked up a glasses sleeve to try it out for myself. The sleeve fits my grandfather's old Bausch and Lomb wayfarers perfectly and the felt lining ensures they slip in snugly and scratch-free. Meanwhile the denim exterior is rugged enough to withstand the elements, so you can really take this sleeve anywhere you'd wear your jeans. Our friends at FREE/MAN recently posted a quick Q&A with MS & Co.'s founder, Phil Bunting, as well as a 20% off deal 'til the end of October.

As a perk for being a follower of our blog, you can also to enter to win a Timex Camper XL watch courtesy of MS & Co. (seen in the photo below) by retweeting this tweet by October 20th. (Good luck!)

Can you please give the maker of the shirt in this picture? Thanks!

Sorry, I don't know. You should contact MS & Co. for more info, but my best guess would be J.Crew or Gant Rugger.
